Flying Noir

We discovered these chocolates at the 2015 Spring Chocolate Salon in San Francisco.

They are unique, beautiful , thoughtful and decadent and  delicious.  We had a few minutes to chat with Karen Urbanek about her craft.  She is an artist that was inspired to make the move into the medium of chocolate.

Flying Noir is micro batch artisan chocolates made with extraordinary care and fine, fresh ingredients, organic and locally sourced whenever possible,    focusing on single origin organic chocolate from the Americas, featuring original paintings in natural colored cocoa butter and mica, sustainably packaged in original artwork
